An ordinance levying assessments for having and sanitary sewer to serve Est Addition to Oxbow
Subdivision; sanitary sewer to serve area within 164 feet of the North boundary of
1st Addition to Oxbow, and storm sewer in Bonnie View Drive from 900 feet west of
Sarah Street to existing drainage ditch approximately 100 feet east of Sarah. (#1648

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. , adopted by
the Common Council on the 10th day of_ danuar_y _ _ _ ,~ __, 19 79 , determine to pdVe Streets
and construct sanitary sewer to serve 1st Addition to Oxbow Subdivision; construct
sanitary sewer to serve area within 160 feet of the North boundary of lst Addition to
Oxbow, and storm sewer in Bonnie View Drive from 900 feet west of Sarah Street to
existing drainage ditch approximately 100 feet east of Sarah.
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 1.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the `City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots or parcels of Iand against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, ar that the name
of the owner is unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
