An ordinance levying assessments for Paying, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and pedestrian way

in the City of Eugene, Lane Gounty, Oregon, 2893 & 2895
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. , adopted by
the Common Council on the 5th day of May 19 ]$ determine to pave streets
and construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and pedestrian way within Clarey Plat and
Clarey Plat First Addition.
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, aregon.
WkIEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively,
Section 2, That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine and assess each
lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, {began, to-wit;

Section 3. That the Common Council, of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land ar lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the fallawing:
First: A description of each lat, part of lot or acreage properly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown,
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
