An ordinance levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer to serve White
Oak Heights Subdivision; and sanitary sewer within 160 feet of the west boundary of

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. ~ 986 , adopted by
the Common Council on the 23rd day of- ___ Aug, u~ St 19 ~~_ deteru~~.ne to ~aVe
streets and construct sanitary sewers and storm sewer to serve White Oak Heights
Subdivision; and to construct sanitary sewer within 160 feet of the west boundary of
White Oak Heights.

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 1.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

Section 3. That the Common Council, of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot herei~nbefore descried is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respect~.ve
lots, parts of lots or parcels of land aga~,nst which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the fallowing:
First; A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, ar that the name
F of the owner is unknown.
Third; The sum assessed upon sa~.d property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
