<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
<br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
<br />THE CITY~COUNCIL OF THE CITY DF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
<br />Pursuant to the proof si ons of ORS 221, 215, Sect? on 9.27$ and 9.66$
<br />through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit
<br />y

<br />p p y within the City of Eugene;
<br />Based upon the report of the Pl anni n Commf ssion '

<br />muted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission
<br />and this Council, the request for zone change classification is in conformance
<br />with the General P1 an; there i s a publ f c need for the change i n zone • and the
<br />public need can best be served by changing the classfffcatian of they ro ert

<br />THE CITY DF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1911 the
<br />zoning rnap and the zoning ordinance schedu1 e of district changes are hereb
<br />amended to reflect the fol 1 owf n c y
<br />g hange of zone :

<br />attached Exhibit "A," located west of Polk Street, east of Fillmore
<br />Street, north of the alley between 5th and 6th avenues, and south of
<br />the alley between 4th and 5th avenues.
<br />Change of zone from R-2 Limited Multiple-Family Residential District to
<br />R-2/10A Limited Mu1 ti pl e-~Fami ly Residential District wi th a maximum
<br />density of 10 units per acre.
