AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY~COUNCIL OF THE CITY DF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the proof si ons of ORS 221, 215, Sect? on 9.27$ and 9.66$
through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit

Based upon the report of the Pl anni n Commf ssion '

muted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission
and this Council, the request for zone change classification is in conformance
with the General P1 an; there i s a publ f c need for the change i n zone • and the
public need can best be served by changing the classfffcatian of they ro ert

THE CITY DF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1911 the
zoning rnap and the zoning ordinance schedu1 e of district changes are hereb
amended to reflect the fol 1 owf n c y

density of 10 units per acre.
