W~REAS, the Common Council of Che City of Eugene did by Resolution NoS, 28$0,; ~]~(~#,,, ~ ,adopted by
the Common Council an April 12, 19]8; august 22, 1977; and August 2, 19]8, determine
' to pave streets and construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and pedestrian way in Bowmant
Street from 400' south of Highland Oaks Drive to 900' south of Highland Oaks Drive; and
within Horizon West Subdivision; and construct sanitary sewer in Bowmont Street from
Highland Oaks Drive to 400 feet southwest of Highland Oaks Drive,
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
W'H£RAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Sectfon 7.195 of the City Code, determine tQ
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.

Sprt7~~_3,_ That the Common Council, of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
Lots, parts of Lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Retarder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable
far such improvement,
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Lienso
