WI~REAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. adopted by
the Common Council on the l l th day of Apri 1 19 79 , determine to
construct
sidewalk on fast side of Bailey Hill Road from Westleigh Street to Warren Avenge;
and an Warren Avenue from Bailey Hill Road to Timberline Drive; and on Timberline
Drive from k-arren Avenue to Wilshire lane,
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
W HFREAS, the Common Councik of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.185 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improver:ent above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

That the Coma~on Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
. determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots yr parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name

Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
