fiHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene dial by Resolution No. 3 ao8 , adopted by
the Common Council an the 27th day of September ~ lg 78 , determine to pave North
Grand Street from Polk Cac~rt extended) to Cheshire Street (extended).
in the Citp of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

motion ,,~,,~ That the Cowman Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set Earth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots ar parcels of .and against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable
far such impravemen~.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
