ORDINANCE N0. 8 0 8 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MASSING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1979, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1980; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the suppl ementa1 budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year commencing July 1, 1979, and ending June 30, 1980, as set forth in <br />Section 2 below, be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
