OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DEC~~RT~JG AN
EMERGENCY.

Section 1. The tables of boards, com~issons and committees
of the City set forth in Section 2413 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is
hereby amended by inserting in alphabetical order therein:

Section 2. Subsections ~~,~_ and ~2}... of Section 2.634 of the
Eugene Code, 1971 are hereby amended to reed aid pro~ri~,e:

the Performing Arts Commission a,nd the~e,fo:~e, an e~exgency is hereby
declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall, become e~~'ective ~,mmedi-~
ately upon its passage by the City Council and app~vval by the Mayor.
