An ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit:
The east-west alley between West loth and West
llth Avenues, beginning at the westerly margin
of Charnelton Street being the easterly margin
of Black 6 of Mulligans Addition west as plat-
_ ted and recorded~in Volume A, page 12Z of Lane
County Plat Records, west 334 feet to the east-
erly margin of Lincoln Street, Eugene, Lane
County, Oregon.
RESERV2NG herein an easement on the ground, above
the ground and beneath the ground for purposes of
a public utility easement upon the above describ-
ed property, and the right to enter thereon for
purposes of construction, reconstruction and main-

on the 9th day of January, 1984, the City Council of the City of
Eugene passed ordinance No. 15551 setting a hearing to be held on
the lath day of February, 198, at the Council Chambers at City Hall,
Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances
could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described
alley.
Notice was duly and regularly gi~ren of the hearing and a hear-
ing was held pursuant to the ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene, ox'egon, on the 13th. day of February, 1984, at
Noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council
heard all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upon the alley to be va-
cated have consented to the~~acation and applied for the same.
THE CITY OF EUGENE. D4E5 oRDAIN AS k`OLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear-

ing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property
has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public
interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the alley.
Section ~. The hearing was held on the 13th day of February,
l9SQ, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City ..
Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be
done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described alley is hereby vacated,
and the alley so vacated shall revext pursuant to the statutes of the
State of oregQn,
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a cer-
tified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County,
Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a certi-
fied copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
