AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET;
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY DF EUGENE
FDR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1979,
AND ENDING JUNE 34, 1980; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FDLLDwS:
Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon,
far t e year commencing July 1, 1979, and ending June 3D, 1980, as set forth in
Section ~ below, be, and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
make the separate appropriation for each purpose, as detailed and itemized herein,
pursuant to the provisions and in the manner provided by law as follows:

Section 3, That this supplemental budget i s prepared i n accordance with
ORS 294.480 1 ~ a~ , which authorizes the formulation of a supplemental budget
resulting from "An occurrence or condition which had not been ascertained at
the time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which re wires

Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance are necessary far the purpose

upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
