An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility
easement, to-wit:
Beginning at a point being South 89°35'00" East
7. DO feet and South 0°~5~' DO" hest 7.00 feet from
the common cornea for lots 19, 20, ~1, and 2~,
MUSHROOM, as platted and recorded in File 7~, Slides
1~3 and 1~4, Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence
South 89°35'00" East 4.10 feet; thence South 41°53'
15" East l5 D . 2 6 feet; thence along the arc of a 5 ~ . 0
foot radius curve left the chord of which curve bears
South 50°33'20" 'hest 7.D1 feet a distance of 7.O1
feet; thence North 41°53'15" West 148.36 feet; thence
North D°25'00" East 5.9D feet to the Point of Beginning

On the 7th day of May, 198D, the City Council of the City of
Eugene passed Ordi~,ance No. 18620 setting a hearing to be held on
the 11th day of June, 1980, at the Council Chambers at City ~~all,
Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances
could be heard as to the pxoposed vacation of the above described
public utility easement.
Notice was duly and regularly given o~ the hearing and a hear-
ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, vn the 11th day of June, 1980, at Noon,
Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard
all objections.
All persons ~wnirig property abutting upon the public utility
easement to be vacated hake consented to the vacation and applied
for the same .
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES oRD~ZN AS F~LL~~'S:
Section 1. The City Council Qf the Cit~r of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as
by law required end no valid objections have been made at the hear-

ing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property
has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public
interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the public utility
easement.
Section 2. The hearing was~held on the 11th day of June, 1984,
at noon, Pacific Day light Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in
the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described public utility easement is
hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated. shall re-
vert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a cer-~
o fied copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County,
Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a certi-
fled copy of this Ordinance shall, be filed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
