AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE BUDGET; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 18470, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLQwS:
Section 1. By ordinance No. 18474, adopted on the 15th day of
August, 1979, certain appropriations and fund sources were summarized
in Section 3 thereof for the community safety program. A scrivener's
error has been found in the d411ar amount stated for personnel ser-
vices in the community safety program, and Section 3 of Ordinance No.
18470 is amended to read as follows:
Section 3. That the City Council of the City of Eugene,
Oregon, make appropriations for the purposes shown as follows:

Section 2. Except as herein specifically amended, all other
provisions of Qrdinance No' 18470 shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 3. That the pro~risions contained herein concern the
public welfare and sa,f et~r and therefore, an emergency is hereby de-
ordinance - l

Glared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
