DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE OREGON LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION
ACCOUNT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 3!J, ~g81, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAI"~ AS FOLLO~~S:
Secti an 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ~ndi ng
June 34, X981 elects to receive distribution of funds through the Oregon
Liquor Control Cor~mission Account pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes.
Section z. The Finance Officer is hereby directed to file a copy of
this Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon no later
than July 31, 1980, as prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes.
Section 3. Since election to receive state revenue sharing funds for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981, i s required by 1 aw to be rude by the
City Counci 1 by enactr~ent of an ordinance and fi 1 ed ~wi th the. ~Executi ve Depart-
ment of the State of Oregon no 1 ater than July 31, 1980, i t i s necessary to
the welfare of the City of Eugene that said fi 1 i ng be made without delay, and
therefore an emergency 7s hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall
take effect and be i n ful 1 force from and after its passage by the City
Council and approval b,y the Mayor.
