AN oRDINANCE CONCERTdING MOBILE HONES; AMENDING
SECTION 9.806 of THE EUGENE CODEf 19?l; AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection ~l} of Section 9.806 of the Eugene Code,
1971, is hereby amended to read and provide,
9.806 Mobile Homes ~- Perr~itted Locations.
~l} Unless otherwise provided herein, upon compliance
with applicable regulations and processes, mobile homes for
dwelling purposes only shall be permitted:
~a~ 2n licensed and approved mobile home parks.
Cb~ Tn approved mobile home subdivisions.
~_c} In newly annexed areas an individual lots
not located in a mobile home park or mobile home sub-
division, provided the use is not replaced by another
mobile home.
Section 2, That the prauisions contained herein concern the
public welfare, and in order to insure the orderly processing of
applications, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage by
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
