AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE zONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 227.215 and Sections 9.278 and 9.668
through 9.684•af the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authority
and respons~bil~ty, subject to the limitations contained therein, to Chan e

Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans-
m~tted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission
and this City Council , the request for zone change classification i s i n con-

p can best be served by changing the class~f~cation of the
property;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its awn the
specific affirmative findings contained in the Planning Department staff notes
of June 3, 1980, and the Planning Commission minutes of June 3, 1980, far the
reasons set forth therein, and
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the
zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes are hereb

amended to ref 1 ect the fo ] 1 owl ng change of zone :
A portion of Tax Lot 600--Assessor's Map 18-03-09-2 0
As more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A, located south
of 30th Avenue, east of Spring Boulevard at Dogwood Drive and Kimberly
Drive.
Change of zone from County AGT Agricultural, Grazing, Timber-raising
D~str7ct to City RA/PD Suburban Residential District with Planned Unit
Development procedures.
Section 2. The Planning Director be and is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes
attached to Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1911, to show the foregoing change
