AN ORDINANCE CGNCERNING CITY BUARDS; AMENDING
SECTIGN 2.013 GF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY DF EUGENE DGES ORDAIN AS k'QLLaWS:
Section 1. Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby
amended by deleting from the table of City Boards, Commissions and
Committees, "Building/Housing Board of Appeals", "Electrical Board",
"Masonry Board", "Mechanical Board", and "Plumbing Board", and add-
ing in alphabetical order therein the following;

Section_2. In order to provide far the orderly administration
of the Cityrs construction specialty codes it is necessary for the
public welfare that the provisions of this Ordinance be implemented
at once and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
