Section 3. .That this supplemental budget is prepared in
accordance with aRS Z94.48~~1}~a}, which authorises the formulation
of a suppler~ental budget resulting from ".An occurrence or condition
which had not been ascertained at the time of the preparation of a budget
for the current year which requires a change in financial planning."
~5ection 4. This ordinance, in accordance with oR5 294.4803},
does" not authori2e any increased levy of taxes"; and appropria--
bans for this supplemental budget shall be~funded from previously
uncor~.mztted revenue
Section 5. The provisions o.f~this ordinance are necessary for ~ .
the purpose of protecting the public health, safety, and welfare, and
therefore an emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance shall
became effective immediately upon its passage~by the City Council and.
approval by the Mayor.
