COUNCILORS PRESENT: Alan Zelenka, Chris Pryor, Andrea Ortiz, Mike Clark, George Poling,
Betty Taylor, Jennifer Solomon, George Brown.
Mayor Kitty Piercy pursuant to ORS 192.6602(a), called an executive session of the Eugene City Council to
consider the employment of a public officer, employee or staff member to order at 12:04 p.m.
Ms. Piercy adjourned the executive session at 12:45 p.m.

COUNCILORS PRESENT: Alan Zelenka, Mike Clark, Jennifer Solomon, George Poling, Andrea
Ortiz, Betty Taylor, George Brown, Chris Pryor.
Mayor Kitty Piercy called the meeting of the Eugene City Council to order. She encouraged everyone to
turn in their ballots, noting that the election would conclude on the following day.
1. PUBLIC HEARING:
An Ordinance Concerning Land Use Regulations in the Downtown Plan Area and Notice for Land Use
Applications; Amending Sections 9.2171, 9.2173, 9.2175, 9.3405, 9.3410, 9.4085, 9.4290, 9.4530,
9.5500, 9.7210., 9.7220, 9.7315, 9.7335, 9.7415, 9.7440, 9.7445, 9.7520, 9.7545, 9.7560, 9.7615, 9.7635,
9.7665, 9.7685, 9.8030 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Adding Section 9.8007 to that Code
Assistant City Manager Sarah Medary indicated that Planning and Development staff members were
available to answer any questions. There were none.
Mayor Piercy reviewed the guidelines for public testimony and opened the public hearing. Seeing no one
who wished to testify, she closed the public hearing.
2. PUBLIC HEARING:
Resolution 4977 Adopting an Amendment to the Systems development Charges Administrative Fee
and Amending Resolution No. 4900
Ms. Medary indicated that staff was also available to answer any questions that might arise. There were
none.
Mayor Piercy opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one was present who wished to give testimony, she
closed the hearing.
Mayor Piercy adjourned the meeting at 8:03 p.m.
