Resolution 4980 Electing to Receive State Revenue Sharing Funds Pursuant

Resolution 4981 Certifying that the City of Eugene Provides the Municipal
Services Required by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.760 in Order to
Receive State Shared Revenues; and
Resolution 4982 Adopting the Budget, Making Appropriations,
Determining, Levying and Categorizing the Annual Ad Valorem Property
Tax Levy for the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2009,
and Ending June 30, 2010
4. ACTION:
Resolution 1052 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Adopting
the Budget, Making Appropriations, and Declaring the Amount of Tax to be
Received for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2009 and Ending June 30, 2010

Resolution 4983 Adopting a Supplemental Budget; Making Appropriations
for the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2008, and

Resolution 4984 Forming a Local Improvement District (LID) for Paving,
Constructing Curbs, Sidewalks, Medians, Street Lights, Stormwater
Drainage and Water Quality Facilities on Crest Drive from Blanton Road
to Lincoln Street, Storey Boulevard from Crest Drive to Lorane Highway,
