EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i) Mayor: The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive Session to review and evaluate the performance of an employee. The Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a). Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision may be made in executive session. WORK SESSION City Manager Annual Performance Review City Council President: I move to complete goal-setting with the City Manager for the next year by (place appropriate date here). Roll Call Vote City Council President: I move to accept the City Manager’s recommendation and waive the compensation discussion this year. Roll Call Vote 12:45 p.m.* C. WORK SESSION Eugene Comprehensive Lands Assessment City Council President: I move todirect the City Manager to move forward with the baseline assumptions, expressed as recommended values in column 2 of Attachment C, for the analysis of future employment land needs, residential land needs, and public and semi-public land needs.
