Adoption of Resolution 4860 Authorizing Submission of an Application to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for Loan Guarantee Assistance and Related Matters Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote Mayor: Public testimony on items 4, 5 and 6 related to the East Broadway Development Project will be heard at this time in one combined Public Hearing. I now open a meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. The meeting of the City Council also will remain open. The council and agency will sit in joint session for the purpose of conducting the combined public hearing. The three items that are covered by this combined public hearing are: 1) Resolution #4861 adopting a supplemental budget for the City of Eugene; 2) Resolution #1038 adopting a supplemental budget for the Urban Renewal Agency; and 3) Resolution #4862 granting exemptions from the competitive selection requirements related to the proposed parking facility associated with the Whole Foods project.
