Council President Matt Keating opened the April 15, 2024, public hearing of the Eugene
City Council in a hybrid in-person and virtual format at 101 W. 10th Avenue, Suite 114,
Eugene, OR 97401.
1. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Vacating Premier Street and A Portion of First
Avenue West, All Located Within The Plat of Pioneer Resources Business Park,
and Providing For An Effective Date.
Council President Matt Keating opened the public hearing in a quasi-judicial format.
Assistant City Manager, Matt Rodrigues, introduced the topic and provided background
information.
Council President Matt Keating provided time for Council members to disclose any bias,
conflicts of interest, ex parte communications or abstentions pursuant to Eugene Code
9.7065(5).
John Schmidt provided an applicant statement.
There were no speakers for the public hearing.
Council President Matt Keating closed the public hearing.
Council President Matt Keating adjourned the meeting at 5:38 p.m.
