The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, elects to receive distribution.of funds from State Revenue Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. Section 2. The Finance Officer of the City of Eugene is hereby requested to file a copy of this Resolution with the Department of Administrative Services of the State of Oregon as prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. The foregoing Resolution adopted the 24th day of June, 2024.
