Councilors Present: Emily Semple, Matt Keating, Alan Zelenka, Jennifer Yeh, Mike Clark,
Greg Evans, Lyndsie Leech, and Randy Groves.
Mayor Vinis opened the June 17, 2024, public hearing of the Eugene City Council in virtual
format.
1. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Adopting Hazardous Substance User Fees.
Mayor Vinis opened the public hearing.
City Manager, Sarah Medary, introduced the topic and provided background
information.
There were no speakers for the public hearing.
Mayor Vinis closed the public hearing.
2. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Concerning Charges for Stormwater And Parks
Service And Amending Section 6.406 Of The Eugene Code, 1971.
Mayor Vinis opened the public hearing.
City Manager, Sarah Medary, introduced the topic and provided background
information.
1. Tiffany Edwards -noted concerns expressed by members of the Eugene Area
Chamber of Commerce Local Government Affairs Council.
Mayor Vinis closed the public hearing.
Mayor Vinis adjourned the meeting at 5:39 p.m.
