RESOLUTION NO. 5414
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
TRANSPORTATION SDC PROJECT PLAN.
The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that:
A. On November 26, 2018, the City of Eugene Transportation SDC Project Plan
("the Plan") was adopted by Resolution No. 5253. The Plan includes a list of the transportation
capital improvements that the City intends to fund, in whole or in part, with revenues from a
System Development Charge ("SDC") improvement fee, as provided in ORS 223.309.
B. Since the Plan was adopted, new projects have emerged that are not in the plan
but that enhance system capacity and are otherwise consistent with transportation SDC funding
eligibility. These new projects will help meet city goals related to economic development, land
use, safety, community livability and climate mitigation.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows:
Section 1. The Transportation SDC Project Plan is hereby amended as follows:
A. Add the following italicized text to the list of projects in the Appendix A
table entitled "2035 Transportation System Plan (TSP) Project List" under the
"Multimodal --Other Projects" subheading:

D. Add the following italicized text at the end of the Appendix A table
entitled "2035 Transportation System Plan (TSP) Project List":

below, or in the table titled "SDC Summary: Improvement Fee Component" on Page A-1.
E. Update the Maps in Appendix B to include the projects described 111
subsections A-C, above.
Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the consent of the City Attorney ,
is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained in this Resolution.
Section 3. This Resolution 1s effective immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.
