Mayor Vinis opened the December 6, 2017, Work Session of the Eugene City Council.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) and ORS 192.660(2)(h)
The City Council met in Executive Session pursuant to ORS192.660(2)(e)andORS192.660(2)(h) to
discuss the negotiation of a real property transaction and to consult with legal counsel regarding
current litigation likely to be filed.
The meeting adjourned at 1:20 p.m.
