Councilor Clark adjou rned t h e meeting of the Eugene City Council and convened a meeting of the
Eu gene Urban Renewal Agency.
2 . URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY EXECUTIVE SESSION : Pursuant to ORS 192,660(2)(e)
The Eugene Urban Renewal Agency met in Executive Session p ursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) to
consider real property transactions.
3. URBAN RENWEAL AGENCY WORK SESSION: Riverfront Update

Michael Kinni s on gave an update to Co un cil r egarding t h e Downtown Riverfront project
outcomes and proposed terms for closing w it h develope r Williams & Dame.

• Qu estio n s asked about how the Quiet Zone a nd MUPTE w ill influence the project.
• Important to be th ough t fu l a nd deliberate in t hi s construction proj e ct and want to see as
much community input as possible.
• I mportant to balance comm unity benefits with fina ncia l feas ibility.
• Happy with the reconciliation between the master plan a nd t he con cept plan.
• Conce rns exp r essed about w hat would happen to the project if MUPTE is not approv ed.
