RESOLUTION NO. 5470
A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE RECEIPT OF THE
ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE
CITY OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30,
2025
The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that:
A. The City has prepared financial statements and an Annual Comprehensive
Financial Report for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025 (the "2025 ACFR").
B. The independent firm of Baker Tilly US, LLC has completed an audit of the
2025 ACFR as required by ORS 297.425 and, pursuant to ORS 297.465, issued its findings
to the Mayor and the City Counci l via the Repott of the Independent Auditors.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eugene, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby acknowledges receipt of the Repmt of the
Independent Auditors on the audited 2025 ACFR.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage
by the City Council.
The foregoing Resolution adopted the 26th day of January, 2026.
