1.PUBLIC HEARING:
An Ordinance Concerning Boards, Commissions and Committees; Amending
Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Providing for an Effective Date
Manager:
Introduces topic, presents background information.
Mayor opens the public hearing:
Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents,
your ward if known; you will have three minutes to comment. There are lights
on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your
comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor:
Closes the public hearing.

Minor Code Amendment Project (Remand)
An Ordinance Concerning Land Use Regulations; Readopting Provisions
from Ordinance No. 20418 in Response to Remand; Amending Section 9.6410
of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Providing an Effective Date and a Sunset Date;
and
An Ordinance Concerning Land Use Regulations; Readopting Provisions
from Ordinance No. 20418 in Response to Remand; Amending Section 9.2751
of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Providing an Effective Date and a Sunset Date
