COUNCILORS PRESENT: Alan Zelenka, Mike Clark, George Brown, Andrea Ortiz, George Poling,
Chris Pryor, Jennifer Solomon, Betty Taylor.
A. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Her Honor Mayor Kitty Piercy called the Eugene City Council into executive session to consider an exempt
public record and to consult with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or
litigation likely to be filed. The executive session was held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) and ORS
192.660(2)(h).
The executive session adjourned at 9:12 p.m.
