COMMITTEE REPORTS AND ITEMS OF INTEREST FROM MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL, AND CITY MANAGER The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. 12:20 p.m.* B. WORK SESSION: Lane Community College Downtown Project Urban Renewal Agency President: I move to authorize the Agency Director to enter into an agreement with LCC to 1) sell th the 10 and Charnelton property to LCC at no cost (or $1.00) Eugene City Council Agenda: March 10, 2010 Z:\CMO\2010 Council Agendas\M100310\A100310S.doc consistent with the terms and conditions included in Attachment C, and 2) if the City Council amends the downtown urban renewal plan to increase the maximum indebtedness limit, and includes LCC as a project in that amendment, then the URA will agree to purchase LCC’s Willamette Street property for $1,200,000 consistent with the terms and conditions included in Attachment C. Roll Call Vote The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes a meeting of the Eugene City Council. 1:05 p.m.* C.
