The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the
Eugene Urban Renewal Agency.

the 10 and Charnelton property to LCC at no cost (or $1.00)

consistent with the terms and conditions included in Attachment
C, and 2) if the City Council amends the downtown urban
renewal plan to increase the maximum indebtedness limit, and
includes LCC as a project in that amendment, then the URA will
agree to purchase LCC’s Willamette Street property for
$1,200,000 consistent with the terms and conditions included in
Attachment C.

of the Eugene City Council.
