WORK SESSION: City Manager Evaluation Follow-Up City Council President: I move to (a) approve the ratings definitions in Attachment A, the compensation amendment to the City Manager’s contract in Attachment B, and (b) direct the Eugene City Council Agenda: September 27, 2010 Z:\CMO\2010 Council Agendas\M100927\A100927S.doc Council President to sign the amendment to the City Manager’s contract attached as Attachment C. Roll Call Vote *time approximate 7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING Council Chamber, City Hall 1.PUBLIC FORUM Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing. Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR (Note: Time permitting, action on the Consent Calendar may be taken at the 5:30 p.m. work session.) A.Approval of City Council Minutes - May 12, 2010, Work Session - May 19, 2010, Work Session B.Approval of Tentative Working Agenda C.Appointments to Historic Review Board City Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote 3.ACTION: Murray Hill Land Transfer City Council President: I move toauthorize the City Manager to proceed with an exchange of land between Gordon Dorn and the City as described above, and as shown on the attached map. Roll Call Vote Eugene City Council Agenda: September 27, 2010 Z:\CMO\2010 Council Agendas\M100927\A100927S.doc 4.ACTION: Bethel Community Park Deed Transfer City Council President: I move toauthorize the City Manager to transfer to the Bethel School District all property rights in parcels 1 and 3 as shown on Attachment A in exchange for Bethel’s transfer to the City of all property rights in parcel 2 as shown on Attachment A. Roll Call Vote 5.ACTION: An Ordinance Adopting an Updated Eugene Airport Master Plan, a Refinement Plan of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan); Adopting a Severability Clause; and Providing an Effective Date (City File RA 10-1, Lane County File PA 10-5284) City Council President: I move to close the record and approve the ordinance adopting the updated Eugene Airport Master Plan, as a refinement to the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan). Roll Call Vote 6.ACTION: Adoption of City of Eugene Naming Policy City Council President: I move to adopt the City of Eugene Naming Policy. Roll Call Vote Adjourn.
