1.PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
An Ordinance Establishing a Process and Standards for Issuing Economic
Development Project Revenue Bonds as Recovery Zone Facility Bonds
Manager:
Introduces topic, presents background information.
Mayor opens the public hearing:
Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents,
your ward if known; you will have three minutes to comment. There are lights
on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your
comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor:
Closes the public hearing.

I move to adopt Council Bill 5040 establishing a
process and standards for issuing Economic Development Project Revenue
Bonds as Recovery Zone Facility Bonds.

Officers to Direct Traffic and Amending Sections 2.660, 5.010, 5.060, 5.065,
5.275 and 5.276 of the Eugene Code, 1971

City Council President:
I move to adopt Council Bill 5039, amending sections
2.660, 5.010, 5.060, 5.065, 5.275 and 5.276 of the Eugene Code, providing
authority to community service officers to direct traffic on the streets and public
thoroughfares of the city.
