DELEGATING AUTHORITY To SARAH MEDARY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR,
AIC, OF THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, To APPROVE
CHANGE ORDERS CONCERNING THE CENTRE COURT BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION LOAN AGREEMENT.
The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of , the City of Eugene
(Agency), as Director of the Agency, 1 am authorized to act as the Agency's business agent.
Now, therefore, based on the above findings,
The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene orders that:
I.. Sarah Medary, Executive Director, AIC, of the Planning & Development
Department, is authorized to approve change orders in connection with the Centre Court
Building Construction Loan Agreement between Beam Properties, LLC and the City of Eugene.
28 , Sarah Medary may delegate the authority granted to her in this Order to Mike
Sullivan, Community Development Manager of the Planning & Development Department.
