Envision Eugene
City Council President:
I move to adopt the Envision Eugene Pillars,
Strategies and Tactics contained in the March 9 AIS as the council’s
proposal for public review and comment, including another public
hearing on April 25. In addition, the City Manager shall schedule a
work session with the council in May to discuss the single- family
housing need. Finally, the Manager shall begin analyzing lands outside
the current UGB for industrial land development, and schedule a
council work session to review the results of those analyses.

West Eugene EmX Extension
Motion 1
City Council President:
I move to support LTD’s construction of EmX
in West Eugene and to direct the city manager to inform the LTD Board
that the council is opposed to the no-build option.

(c)I move to direct the city manager to request that LTD undertake

additional analysis of both the 13/11 and the 6/7/11 routes,
and that upon completion of that additional analysis, the council
select its preferred alternative.
