For amending Sections 108 and 112 of the City Charter of the City
of Eugene, by striking out authority to issue $I00,000 of electric light
bonds, and ~75,000 of gas light bonds, and increasing the issuable water
bonds from $100,000 to $300,000; fixing the character and manner of
issue_of said bonds, and the disposition of water revenues; authorizing
condemnation proceedings in building wat~er plant; and providing for
~x~ater board and fixing its duties.
