REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
NO. 53-94-02-F AND AMBULANCE ADMINISTRATIVE
RULE R-3.850 ADOPTED THEREIN.
The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that:
A. Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and 3.850 of the Eugene Code,
1971, Ambulance Administrative Rule R-3.850 was adopted by Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-
F on August 8, 1994.
B. Based on the findings contained in Administrative Order No. 53-04-07 issued on June
25, 2004 1 proposed the repeal of Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and Ambulance Rule R-
3.850 adopted therein.
C. Notice of the proposed repeal of Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and
Ambulance Administrative Rule R-3.850 adopted therein was given to those currently registered,
and to any persons who had requested notice. The Notice was also published in the Register Guard,
a newspaper of general circulation within the City for at least five consecutive days, to-wit, July 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 2004, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data
or comments thereon. No comments were received within the time or in the manner required.
Based on the above f'mdings, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the authority
contained in Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971,
I hereby repeal Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and Ambulance Rule R-3.850
adopted therein, as of the effective date of this Order.
