1.PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City
Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already
been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public
hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if
known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light
will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red
light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.
2. CONSENT CALENDAR
(Note: Time permitting, action on the Consent Calendar may be taken at
the 5:30 p.m. work session.)

2011/12 Funding Allocations for Federal Community Development Block
Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Programs

I move to approve the One-Year Action Plan for use of
Federal CDBG and HOME funds in 2011/12.

Adoption of an Ordinance Concerning a Four-Year Income Tax for
Schools; Adding Sections 2.2000 to 2.2038 to the Eugene Code, 1971; and
Providing a Sunset Date

I move to adopt Council Bill 5046 concerning a
four-year income tax for schools; adding sections 2.2000 to 2.2038 to the
Eugene Code, 1971; and providing a sunset date.

Adoption of Resolution 5029 Amending Resolution No. 4281 Providing an
Additional Way for Property Owners Subject to a Crest Drive Area Street
Improvement Project Assessment to Qualify for the Street Subsidy
Program
City Council President:
I move to adopt Resolution 5029 amending Resolution
4281 providing an additional way for property owners subject to a Crest Drive
area street improvement project assessment to qualify for the street subsidy
program.
