A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1VIULTIPLE -UNIT
RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION
PROGRAM BOUNDARIES SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENT
1 OF EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO 41090
Recitals
A. Attachment 1 to Exhibit A to Resolution No. 4109 adopted by the Council
on February 13, 1959 describes the boundaries within which applications for exemptions
under the City's Multiple -Unit Rental Housing Property Tax Exemption program may be
submitted.
B. Those boundaries, as set forth in Section 2.945 of the Eugene Code, 1971
have been revised by the Council, and Attachment 1 to Exhibit A to Resolution No. 4109
should therefore be amended to reflect the new boundaries,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows.
Section 1. Resolution No. 4109 adopted by the Council on February 13, 1989 is
amended by replacing the Attachment 1 to Exhibit A thereto with the Attachment 1 which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. Except as herein amended, all other provisions of Resolution No. 4109
and Exhi bit A thereto remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing Resolution adopted the 13th day of April, 1992.
