WORK SESSION: Human Rights Project Recommendations City Council President: I move to direct the City Manager to schedule a public hearing on proposed code changes to Eugene Code Chapter 2 regarding the Human Rights Commission. Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR (Note: Time permitting, action on the Consent Calendar may be taken at the 5:30 p.m. work session.) Roll Call Vote 3.ACTION: Adoption of Resolution 5044 Realigning City Ward Boundaries and Repealing Resolution No. 4693 City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 5044, realigning City ward boundaries and repealing Resolution 4693. Roll Call Vote 4. ACTION: Adoption of Resolution 5045 Extending the Completion Date for A Multiple-Unit Property Tax Exemption (The Paradigm on Pearl) City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 5045 extending the completion date for construction of residential units granted a Multiple-Unit Property Tax Exemption under Resolution No. 5032, as amended under Resolution No. 5045 (The Paradigm on Pearl). WORK SESSION: Cal Young Neighborhood Association Boundary Revision City Council President: I move to adopt a resolution approving and accepting the Goodpasture Island Neighbors Charter. Roll Call Vote City Council President: I move to adopt a resolution approving and accepting the Northeast Neighbors Charter. Roll Call Vote Adjourn.
