1.PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City
Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already
been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public
hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The
red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

(Note: Time permitting, action on the Consent Calendar may be taken at
the 5:30 p.m. work session.)

Adoption of a Resolution Adopting a Supplemental Budget; Making
Appropriations for the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year
Beginning July 1, 2011 and Ending June 30, 2012
Manager:
Introduces topic, presents background information.
Mayor opens the public hearing:
Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents,
your ward if known; you will have three minutes to comment. There are lights
on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your
comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.

Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the City of Eugene for the
Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.

The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the
Eugene Urban Renewal Agency.
4.PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION:

Urban Renewal Agency President :
I move to adopt Resolution 1062 adopting
a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the Urban Renewal Agency
of the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending
June 30, 2012.
Roll Call Vote
The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes the
meeting of the Eugene City Council.
5.PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
An Ordinance Concerning State Traffic Laws; Amending Section 5.005 of
the Eugene Code, 1971, and Providing an Effective Date

Exemption to Code on Overnight Camping - Occupy Eugene
City Council President:
I move to amend the City Council's November 9
motion exempting Occupy Eugene from the overnight camping
prohibition under section 4.815 of the Eugene Code by changing the date from
December 15 until ________.

I move to amend the City Council's November 9
motion to extend the exemption under section 4.815 of the Eugene Code until
________, and to direct the City Manager to ensure that all campsites are
removed from Washington-Jefferson Park as soon as practicable after that date.
