An Ordinance Adopting Hazardous Substance User Fees for the Fiscal
Year Commencing July 1, 2012
2.PUBLIC HEARING:
Proposal to Redesignate and Rezone “The Rexius Site” by: Amending the
Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan Diagram; and
Amending the Eugene Zoning Map (City Files MA 11-2 and Z 11-4)
3. PUBLIC HEARING:
An Ordinance Concerning Downtown Public Safety Zone; Amending
Section 4.874 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Providing a Sunset Date

An Ordinance Concerning Permitted Overnight Sleeping and Amending
Section 4.816 of the Eugene Code, 1971
The Eugene City Council welcomes your interest in these agenda items. This meeting location is wheelchair-
accessible. For the hearing impaired, FM assistive-listening devices are available or an interpreter can be provided
with 48 hours' notice prior to the meeting. Spanish-language interpretation can also be provided with 48 hours' notice.

is available at 682-5045. All council meetings are telecast live on Metro Television, Comcast channel 21, and
rebroadcast later in the week.
