The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene
Urban Renewal Agency.

Disposition of Real Property
Urban Renewal Agency President:
I move to authorize the
Agency Director to sell the parcel identified in Attachment A to
Northwest Community Credit Union consistent with the terms
included in Attachment B.

The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes a meeting of
the Eugene City Council.
