1.PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City
Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been
heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if
known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light
will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light
indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Substance Tracking Instructions for reports due beginning April 1, 2013, and
removing three hazardous substances from the List of Reportable Chemicals.

An Ordinance Concerning Used Merchandise Dealer Provisions and
Amending Sections 4.989 and 4.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971
City Council President: I move that the City Council approve Council Bill 5080
concerning used merchandise dealer provisions and amending Sections 4.989 and
4.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971.

5.ACTION:
An Ordinance Continuing to Allow Tent Camping at Vehicle Campsites by
Amending Section 5 of Ordinance 20484 to Extend the Sunset Date to
December 31, 2014

date of Ordinance No. 20484 to December 31, 2014.

An Ordinance Concerning Sign Standards and Amending Sections 9.0500,

sign standards, including the findings attached to that ordinance as Exhibit A.

A Resolution Approving a Low-Income Rental Housing Property Tax
Exemption for the Property Located Adjacent to 1410 River Road, Eugene,
Oregon (Evergreen Housing Development Group, LLC/ Applicant)
City Council President:I move to adopt a resolution approving a 20-year low-
income rental housing property tax exemption for the property located adjacent to
1410 River Road, Eugene, Oregon (Assessor’s Property Account Number 1837937).
