1.PUBLIC HEARING:
An Ordinance Concerning Charges for Stormwater and Parks Service
and Amending Sections 6.411, 6.416, 6.421, 6.426, 6.431, 6.436,
6.600, AND 6.605 of the Eugene Code, 1971
Manager: Introduces topic, presents background information.
Mayor opens the public hearing: Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents,
your ward if known; you will have three minutes to comment. There are
lights on the podium; the red light indicates the end of three minutes.

An Ordinance Concerning Prohibited Uses and Special Use Limitations
in the /ND Nodal Development Overlay Zone in Downtown; and
Amending Section 9.4280 of the Eugene Code, 1971 (City File CA 12-3)
