An Ordinance vacating the follow~ng lots and easements, to-wit.
All lots and public utili ty (~asements in Bleck 1 of
Pine Ridge Park Add! tion to E'J.-:ter~el Lane Oounty t OregDn
'WHEREAS.. on the 25th day of FebruarYt 1963, the Common Council of
the City of Eugene passed Ordinance Number 12917 setting a hearing fbr
April 8" 1963, in the Council Chambers at which time and place pr~e$t.s

WHBRBAS.. all persons owning property abutting upon said lots and
easements to be vacated have consented to said vacation and have ap-
plied for the same.
