Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City
Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been
heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if
known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. The red light
indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

An Ordinance Suspending the Paper Bag Pass-through Charge During
Reevaluation of the Fee
City Council President: I move to adopt Council Bill 5094, an ordinance suspending
the paper bag pass-through charge during reevaluation of the fee.
