ISSUE STATEMENT
PeaceHealth has requested an opportunity to address the Eugene City Council to discuss future
development plans at its Hilyard campus. This current discussion is informational only.
BACKGROUND
PeaceHealth has been considering plans for redevelopment at their Hilyard campus for the past several
years. As those plans develop, PeaceHealth has participated in the planning efforts and associated City
Council actions for the Central Area Transportation Study (CATS), Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and the
West University Task Force.
RELATED CITY POLICIES
PeaceHealth's current plans would not require an amendment to CATS and are consistent with the
policies of CATS. There may be strategies in the PeaceHealth development plan that get implemented
consistent with the policies and strategies of CATS.

Not applicable; this is an informational item only.
